Renting the Building Space

CTU offers incredibly fair rental rates. We are located in the heart of Cape Town - CBD just off of Long Street. We do not experience load shed, we have stable internet, and a warm and loving space.

For additional fees and terms and conditions, we offer:

• a built-in acoustic organ

• an upright piano

• stereo and microphone

• a television screen

• small kitchenette

Our building has hosted:

• Educational classes and workshops

• Regular community meetings

• Art exhibition

• Music events

• Birthday celebrations, weddings, memorials, or other major events
